I had a complex situation with a discontinued implant that needed restoring. I had a prosthodontist colleague tell me they couldn’t help. I knew Dr Flipse had a lot of experience so I brought it up to him casually And he took it and ran. It took two appointments and they got the tooth restored! The most impressive part is how efficiently that office runs and how professional and friendly his staff are. They are a well oiled machine for sure. Dr. Flipse went out of his way to take care of my dental emergency, which, in the grand scheme of things, wasn't an emergency to anyone but me. I wasn't in pain; I had lost my "flipper" which is like a retainer with a front tooth on it. It's a temporary tooth while I wait for my permanent implant. There was no way I would be going out in public without it. Dr. Flipse arranged for a new one to be made immediately, and my weekend was saved. Thanks, Dr. Flipse!!!!!! More

This is the finest dentist in the Middle TN area. I have been a clinician for 35 years and I am fairly critical when it comes to my healthcare. Dr. Flipse is not only very professional.....he is supportive of his staff....and there is always a lot of laughter within the office. When I recently developed molar pain that increased over the following day, Dr. Flipse’s practice was very responsive. I was able to be seen that day for x-ray and diagnosis. I can not say enough nice things about all things Implant and General Dentistry. From the person you talk to on the phone to the Dentist make you feel like you are important, a friend. I had a complete horror story and a local dentist on a Thursday... as I was crying in the parking lot(bridge in hand) I call this office. She listens and identifies with what I’m feeling. Within minutes she is asking me how soon I could get there. I am not a patient of record....She got me in that same day and it was the best experience. He did what the other dentist said was impossible. He was honest, he listened and most of all, he really cared. I walked out of his office a new person finally able to chew after months. About 10 days ago I had a consultation at Implant and General Dentistry of Middle Tennessee to have an implant finished. I left the office feeling at ease, confident to proceed with Dr. Flipse. Today I went in for the healing cap placement. Everyone in the office is super nice and caring, which immediately made me less nervous. I waited about 3 minutes before I was seen. A little numbing gel and a small injection. The procedure was done in very little time, with no pain whatsoever! Next appointment already scheduled for the completion and my new tooth. After moving from California and leaving my dentist of 35 years... I was looking for a great dentist/practice. I totally recommend Implant and General Dentistry of Middle Tennessee. More

Came in for my own issue this time, have a molar that is infected and needs immediate extraction and the whole team made me feel far more secure and comfortable about the procedure I will soon have, as sudden as it may be. Came in for an emergency tooth repair for my boyfriend who chipped an already existing partial veneer front tooth. I have been twice in the last month and each time Dr. Flipse has been calming, professional and ensured that my work was done pain free. He filled my cavities and did great work on my fillings. He focused on treating the dental issues first and will move on to the cosmetic work afterwards. I have still have some work do but I am confident that he will provide the best treatment plan and the most cost effective. I would recommend anyone looking for a great dentist to contact Dr. Flipse!
